No Development or Management Fees

We do not receive development or management fees. SurgCenter Development shares income with you and your local surgeon owners through monthly distributions that are allocated based on each partner's ownership interest in the ASC. The financial success of the surgery center is enhanced by SurgCenter Development's ongoing participation in streamlined operating systems resulting in a high level of patient satisfaction and a positive work environment created for you and your staff.

The surgeons who become partners in your ASC will work with one of the principal owners of SurgCenter Development to design the structure of the group and facilities. A Board of Managers will be formed, and a Nurse Manager will work under the guidance of the Board to coordinate daily operations and staffing of your ASC. The comprehensive resources and expertise of SurgCenter Development will be available to you, the Board of Managers, and the Nurse Manager, to ensure the ASC operates effectively and professionally.

SurgCenter Development services include:

• Initial investor recruitment
• Corporation formation
• Acquisition of real estate and lease/purchase negotiations
• Selection of architect and facility design
• Selection of construction contractor
• Preparation for licensing through facility Nurse Manager
• Equipment and initial supply purchasing through Nurse Manager
• Recruitment of core staff through Nurse Manager

SurgCenter Development actively participates on the Board of Managers and is available anytime on a consultative basis when the Nurse Manager or the Board of Managers requests their assistance. SurgCenter Development does not charge fees for this consultative service.
