Sean O'Neal has over 25 years of experience in health care management. He was a hospital CEO for more than 20 years, with leadership responsibilities for hospital operations and the development of numerous joint ventures with physicians. Mr. O'Neal completed postgraduate studies in Health Services Administration at California State University, Northridge, and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the California Association of Hospitals and Health Systems.

J. Michael Gallagher is a nationally recognized health care executive and public policy expert specializing in hospital and physician strategic planning, development and management. Mr. Gallagher founded J. Michael Gallagher & Associates, Inc., and has served as President/CEO of the Hospital Council of Northern California and Central California, and as Executive V.P. of Saint Agnes Medical Center. Mr. Gallagher received his Master of Arts Degree in Government from California State University, Sacramento.

St. Louis University Medical School and trained in Internal Medicine. After further training in Emergency Medical for the U.S. Air Force, he became Director at Scott Air Force Base. He continued in emergency medicine in St. Louis for over 15 years. In recent years, Dr. Gueck has been involved in the development of numerous ambulatory care centers as a Regional Manager for SurgCenter Development.
